8.2 Member Rights

Any member who wishes to voluntarily close their account may contact the support team. The remaining balance will be paid in accordance with the withdrawal policy before the account is closed, however any active bonuses will be cancelled.

8.3 Consequences of Permanent Closure

All bonuses and associated winnings from an account permanently closed due to fraud or serious Terms violations will be forfeited. Whether legitimately deposited funds are returned will be decided following a review.

• Service unavailability during scheduled maintenance periods.
